Annual Fundraising Event
Dancing With the Sioux Falls Stars is our annual Sioux Empire-area fundraiser being held Saturday, October 18, 2025 to build awareness, advocate for, and support the needs of individuals and families who share the lived experience of a mental health diagnosis. Annual Membership Meeting
Our annual meeting is held in the fall to report the outcomes of our budget, programs, and services to the community; to bring in new membership; and to hold officer elections. Please RSVP if you plan to attend as we provide lunch.

Roadmap To Wellness workshops
These workshops are for family members and caregivers of someone diagnosed with a mental health condition. With one in four Americans living with a diagnosis, we've all experienced some level of difficulty communicating and offering compassion to someone whose life has been drastically altered by schizophrenia, bi-polar disorders, depression, or anxiety, just to name a few.

Learn how to reconnect and build better communications that help that person along in their journey to wellness.

Support groups
We are expanding the number of support groups in order to reach more people and neighborhoods. Our trained facilitators are individuals who have walked-the-walk, and understand that sometimes all you need is someone to talk to. Join a group whether you've been diagnosed with a mental health condition, or love someone whose life has been altered by one. ​​
