Thank you for your interest in our Roadmap To Wellness workshops.

These workshops are for family members and caregivers of someone diagnosed with a mental health condition. With one in four Americans living with a diagnosis, we've all experienced some level of difficulty communicating and offering compassion to someone whose life has been dramatically affected by schizophrenia, bi-polar disorders, depression, or anxiety, just to name a few. You'll learn research-tested methods for communicating better with the people you care about.

Cost

$0 for family members or caregivers of someone living with mental illness symptoms

$50 for small businesses or corporations, limited to 10 employees. This one-hour workshop is delivered onsite at your business.
