Support Groups

We care

Empire Mental Health Support offers in-person facilitated support groups for anyone over 18 at no cost. Our faciliators use their own lived experience to encourage participants to share their experiences and solutions of navigating local mental health, financial, transportation, and housing resources, while supporting them on their path to mental wellness.

It's important to us that we listen to your stories and experiences of living with a mental health diagnosis.

If attending groups is not the right thing for you, consider sharing your story with us.
