Mental Wellness Journey Boxes

Every mental health journey takes courage and endurance, whether diagnosed with a serious mental health condition, or on the road to wellness. It's at these times when we lose sight of what it takes to take care of ourselves.

 

The concept of the Journey Box is to provide individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges may lack the financial or emotional resources to fulfill every day needs. Journey boxes are intended to be given to a family member, coworker, church member, or someone leaving the justice or medical systems, when they're now on their own.

If you would like to help build a Journey Box or become a recurring contributor by donating a physical item, cash, or gift certificate contact us.

Who they can be donated to 

Empire Mental Health Support pledges to connect with local nonprofits, whose focus are individuals in need such as veterans, the homeless, mental health court, or _________________ and identify individuals to receive a box once a month.

If you know of a person in need such as a family member, friend, coworker, church member, or other, we will work with you to deliver a box. ​​​​
