Empire Mental Health Support is a volunteer run organization. There are a variety of ways for people to get involved and volunteer within our organization.

 

Support Group Facilitators

Support groups are so important for helping those who are struggling on this lifelong journey. Immediate needs are for facilitators for the groups.  A facilitator must identify as someone in recovery with a mental illness diagnosis or someone who loves a person who lives with a mental illness diagnosis. A desire to help others is the main requirement for this position. Training is offered to help feel comfortable leading a group.

Board Members

Empire Mental Health Support is always seeking people who have a passion for moving the organization forward in a leadership role as a Board Member.

Event Fundraising
People who like to fundraise are invited to join the Dancing With The Sioux Falls Stars planning committee.
