Communications
This subcommittee determines, schedules, and provides uniform and consistent messaging for social media, local media, and the public to the other subcommittees as we use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), public mailings, printed materials, and public announcements to speak in one voice to our community audiences.

Executive Team
This team consists of the president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. They are responsible for coordinating board meetings; managing the budget, bylaws, and website; hiring paid executives; planning the annual meeting and annual fundraiser; and the overall efforts and direction of the board.

Donor Retention
This team will be working on building a donor plan and list. Creative messaging will be used to attract and retain faithful donors, which will work to build the visibility and trust in our organization as a valued resource for the community.

Volunteers
Our goal is to develop a plan and list of activities, tasks or opportunities volunteers can sign up for (become facilitators, volunteer for DWTSFS) online using a web site form or SignUp Genius. Known contacts will be contacted as well as friends and family to promote the program, and demo how to sign up.

Annual Fundraiser (DWTSFS)
This is an all-hands-on-deck project. Deb B and Phyllis will collaborate with The Event Company, and provide reports to the full board for approvals, input, and to fill volunteer needs prior, during, and the day of the event.
